Forgedoku Support

Rules, troubleshooting, and contact information for the Forge Road.

Contact Support

For help, questions, or feedback, email Lowkey Forge, MB. Forgedoku does not send a diagnostic report automatically; you choose what to include in your message.

How to Play

  • Reveal exactly one forge in every row.
  • Reveal exactly one forge in every column.
  • Reveal exactly one forge in every connected matching-emblem region.
  • Never place forges next to each other, including diagonally.

Mark cells that cannot contain a forge and combine all four rules to find the unique solution. Forge Road Trials teach the rules gradually; Free Forge offers replayable trials after it is unlocked.

Local Forge Profiles

Forgedoku supports up to six forge profiles on one device. Each profile saves its nickname, age-range choice, Forge Sigil, completed progress, rewards, economy, customization, and sound settings locally. There is no Lowkey Forge login or gameplay backend, so Lowkey Forge cannot inspect or edit a local save.

Backups and Recovery

Device backups may include app data and preferences, depending on your device, app configuration, and backup settings. Lowkey Forge cannot recover lost local data, and Forgedoku 26.3.1 does not restore earlier cloud saves. You can manage backups and earlier cloud saves through your device and Apple or Google account settings.

Saved Age Choice and Ad Privacy

Every forge profile saves one of three choices: 13–17, 18 or older, or Prefer not to say. You can change it in the profile section of Settings & Support. Forgedoku does not request or store a birth date. Forgedoku is intended for ages 13 and older.

  • 13–17 receives teen treatment and non-personalized ads up to PG.
  • 18 or older receives unspecified/adult treatment and non-personalized ads up to PG.
  • Prefer not to say receives child treatment and non-personalized ads limited to G.
  • With no active profile, no banners or rewarded offers are available.

A sole saved profile activates automatically. With several profiles, Forgedoku waits at the chooser and does not contact Google for advertising until you select one. Once a profile is active, Forgedoku applies its age treatment and rating before Google consent and advertising setup, even before banners unlock or you request a rewarded ad. Complete any required Google prompt. If Google requires ongoing privacy options, an Ad privacy control appears in Settings & Support.

Read the full Forgedoku Privacy Policy for details.

Banner and Optional Rewarded Ads

Banner ads unlock only after the relevant Forge Road progression milestone and are removed while the Supporter Pack is active. They use a dedicated top rail separate from game content and controls. On a cold start, Forgedoku shows a branded, non-interactive loading view while the initial route and artwork are prepared, then reveals the loaded game view. Forgedoku remains playable when a banner is unavailable.

Rewarded ads are available to all three profile choices when advertising is otherwise available. They also depend on progression and require you to choose an eligible reward and confirm that you want to watch. Depending on the offer, a completed ad can grant a helper token or double eligible first-clear Embers. Optional rewarded ads remain available with the Supporter Pack. Rewarded ads are never shown automatically. Closing an ad before Google reports the reward as earned adds no reward. Forgedoku does not use interstitial, rewarded-interstitial, app-open, or native ad placements.

If an ad is unavailable, confirm that a profile is active, its banner or rewarded format is enabled, and the device is online. Availability can also depend on progression, consent status, frequency limits, region, Google inventory, and release validation of the child-treated path. Banner ads are not shown while the Supporter Pack is active.

Report an Inappropriate Ad

If a banner or rewarded ad appears offensive, misleading, unsafe, or unsuitable for the active profile, email Lowkey Forge so we can identify and report the advertisement. You do not need to open or click the ad.

Include whether it was a banner or rewarded ad, the approximate date and time with your time zone, where it appeared, the advertised app, product, or company if visible, why the ad was inappropriate, and a screenshot if it is safe to take one. Include the active profile’s saved age choice, but never send a birth date.

Mention whether the active profile was 13–17, 18 or older, or Prefer not to say, and whether the creative appeared above its expected PG or G ceiling. Do not include personal identifiers from the ad or device.

Supporter Pack Purchase and Restore

The Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase tied to the current Apple App Store or Google Play account. It removes banner ads and unlocks the in-app benefits listed on the Store page; optional rewarded ads remain available to all three profile choices.

To restore it, open Forgedoku’s Store and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same app-store account used for the purchase. If verification is required, keep the device online and use Verify purchase or Restore purchases before trying to buy again.

Deleting Data

Use the profile controls in Settings & Support to delete a forge from this device. Uninstalling or clearing local storage may leave device backups, earlier cloud saves, and the app-store purchase record intact. You can manage backups and earlier cloud saves through your device and Apple or Google account settings.
