1. Overview
Grocery Glide is published by Lowkey Forge, MB. Grocery Glide is designed to work offline and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data from the app.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Information you enter into Grocery Glide, such as grocery lists and app preferences, is stored locally in the app’s SQLite database on your device. This data is not sent to Lowkey Forge, MB and we cannot access it.
Because the data stays on your device, we cannot recover it if you delete it or uninstall the app. Your device settings or Apple services may affect device backups; those backups are governed by Apple’s policies.
3. No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking
Grocery Glide does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or behavioral profiling. We do not track how you use the app.
4. In-App Purchases and Payment Data
Grocery Glide offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock content packs. These transactions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Lowkey Forge, MB does not receive your credit card number, billing address, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.
The app checks purchase status on your device through Apple’s StoreKit framework so purchased content can unlock and be restored. Purchase unlock and restore state is stored locally on your device and is not sent to Lowkey Forge, MB. Apple’s handling of App Store purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Support Requests
If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address you use and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
Support emails may be processed by the email service provider that hosts support@lowkeyforge.com. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising. You can request deletion of your support request by emailing us.
6. Children’s Privacy
Grocery Glide does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not transmit app data to Lowkey Forge, MB.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete app data by deleting items and lists inside Grocery Glide where deletion controls are available, by using the reset option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device. Since app data is stored locally, Lowkey Forge, MB cannot delete or modify it remotely.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the App Store privacy information as required. If a future version of Grocery Glide changes how app data is collected, transmitted, used, or shared, we will update this policy before or when those data practices begin and request consent where required by law or platform rules. App licensing terms are covered by Apple’s Standard EULA.
